Please treat the apartment as your own, as the owner also uses it, and take special care of the plants, they are the essence of the space.



The Space:

The apartment is for guests' exclusive use. You'll have access to all areas: balcony, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom with 1 full bathroom, dining room, and a cozy living room.



If you would like a travel crib or a high chair, please let us know one week before your arrival so we can provide it for you. Also, if you have any additional requests, please let us know so we can find the best option for you and your guests.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

You will also receive recommendations of places to visit during your stay in Mexico and we will be attentive to any request through the platform or text message.



In addition, we will be attentive for anything our guests need :). Our online hours are available from 9am to 10pm.
