My name is Sergio and decided to list my beautiful flat located in the heart of Mexico City for travelers while I don’t live there; Rodrigo, the person that manages it, will be there to welcome and help you during your stay, I speak with him on the daily basis and will also be reachable any time if you need any help or have a question about the flat.

I will also be happy to provide any additional information that you might need i.e.: public transport, the Ecobici system, museums, etc.

My aim is for you to have a great stay and enjoy your visit to this beautiful city.

This high specification penthouse apartment is located on the 4th floor walk up of a newly refurbished apartment building in the heart of Zona Rosa, situated at the end of a small pedestrianized street, free of noise and traffic, with plenty of privacy and friendly neighbours.

The apartment is flooded with daylight as you enter the lower level. There is a fully furnished open-plan living and dining area with stunning double-height ceilings and a large balcony which opens up to the city. Under the stairs we have a cosy reading area, the futon opens up into a full size single bed if necessary. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room and a comfortable size w.c.

On the upper level is a large Master Bedroom with a super king size bed, walk-in closet and a desk. Furthermore there is a spacious second bedroom, containing two single beds, a walk-in closet and a desk. You will also find on the upper level the main bathroom with a generous size walk-in shower and a skylight window above.

The building hasn’t got a private parking space but there is a car park just 1 min walking from the flat.

The Metro stations of Sevilla and Insurgentes as well as Metrobus station Insurgentes are just few blocks away. You can easily reach the trendy Condesa and Roma neighborhoods on foot. There are a few docking stations of "Ecobici System" (rental bicycles) around the area which are perfect for short or longer distances.

Superama, a huge supermarket is located in Rio Sena, 10 minutes walk from the flat, perfect for shopping, alternately there are few small shops where you can buy a range of everyday products. If you fancy trying a traditional market you can try Mercado Cuauhtémoc situated behind the American Embassy, just 5 minutes from the flat. There is a gym located 3 minutes walk from the flat, which you can easily use for a charge of $200 pesos per day, no membership required. Perfect for those who want to stay fit when on holiday.The building hasn’t got a private parking space but there is a car park just in the opposite street, 1 minute from the flat.
