RiverView Kitchenettes is a comfortable and clean rental on the Gap Trail with a river view! Perfect for a large group or family. Has 4 separate units. Two suites and 2 hotel like rooms. All have private entrances and private baths. Large pavilion with fire pit. "Sweet Suite" on second floor has excellent view! "Home Sweet Home Suite" is a 2 bedroom apartment style setting. "Don't Worry" &"Be Happy" are set up like hotel room accommodations. There a 3 large decks with outdoor furniture. WiFi, Sat TV. Gas Grills. Free parking

The space
Our property is in front of the Youghiogheny River. This river is formed under the breast of the Yough Dam. The breast of the dam is within walking or biking distance. The swimming area at the dam is within 1 mile of our rentals. We have a pavilion in the yard behind the rental with a fire pit beside it. We have been working on the landscaping in this area to make it a garden destination. Each year we add something new to this area. Last year we put up a hummingbird station to hang our hummingbird feeders and to plant some perennials under it.

Guest access
There's plenty of parking available for vehicles, as well as locations for bike storage including a bike rack and storage in the basement. Access to each unit is via a code on the pinpad for the corresponding room. The code is provided with conformation of a reservation. All guests have access to the backyard and the pavilion, with its designated amenities.

Our stay at the "Don't Worry Room" at the Riverview Kitchenetts was great. We rode the Gap trail in. This place was very clean, bed was very comfortable after a long day of riding. Very easy to find and close to the trail. Definitely would stay here again for sure!

Room was cold when we arrived but Tracy came out and turned heat on. Weird that you can’t control that from the room. All else was good. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the coffeemaker in room.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. It’s close to the GAP Trail, and you can easily walk across to the river. It’s perfect for a trip to Ohiopyle and a great place to stay if you want to explore the area on foot or by bike

My husband and I stayed in Don’t Worry room for 2 nights. We had a great experience in this property. It is an accessible space with a ramp up to the entry. It is one very clean nicely sized room with a full bathroom. A perfectly sized table for 2 is there and 2 luggage racks. The room exceeded our expectations as we were surprised it had a small sink by the microwave, toaster and refrigerator which made cleaning up after breakfast in the room easy. The room has coffee cups and silverware- we brought in bowls for cereal. There are even ice trays for the small freezer which we made use of. There are lots of thoughtful touches in the room. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked for our stay. The shower has two adjustable stream/pressure heads - an upper and a hand held. Also, the shower has a small ledge seat. The water temperature did fluctuate slightly during 1 of 2 showers taken. Additionally, a nice space is provided on a covered deck, which was enjoyable in the evening.

Spectacular room in a great location. Room was beyond perfect with high end towels, sheets and linens. I found the bed extremely comfortable. Theresa was very responsive. This is the definition of a perfect VRBO experience.
