Hello Simon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are saddened that your stay did not live up to your expectations, and we would like to put forward our comments. We regret that the property did not meet your standards of cleanliness, although it is worth mentioning that so far we have had no complaints from other guests in this regard, and the property is cleaned thoroughly before and after each booking. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable. If there is anything you require during your stay, it is important to contact your host, and they will gladly do their best to assist. In regard to the oven, a replacement oven was available next to the stove. Unfortunately, during the high season the technician could not come in time to repair the initial oven, so a replacement was given. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The balcony has been checked, and we would like to mention that it is built of brick, and there are no handrails or loose steps, so did not oppose a danger to guests. Any repair work needed was done in the low season. We hope this didn't stop you enjoying your stay to the fullest.
