Peacefully located villa set in its own beautifully maintained gardens with private pool and barbecue area. Plenty of room for outside dining. 10 minute walk to Praia da Luz beach, with water sport activity. Ideal location for golfers - 10 minutes to Parque de Floresta and 5 minutes to Boavista. Tastefully furnished, 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms, share main bathroom and 1 double which has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms open out onto the front garden terrace area. Large private pool and garden area to the rear of the villa equiped with garden table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. Located upstairs is a large lounge and dining area with fully fitted kitchen and separate toilet.. Balcony complete with patio furniture and 2 sun loungers with beautiful south facing views towards the sea which attracts the sun all day.

A lovely villa. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The pool area and garden were very good and there are restaurants and bars nearby. There is a slight sea view from the front balcony and the gardens in front of the villa are beautiful. We will return.

Fantastic place, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there , great kitchen, fully equipped with everything that you need , outdoor BBQ is fantastic , we used it most nights . Little bit too cool to use the pool but it looks great. Would highly recommended this place too anyone.

Never stayed in a villa and I’ve stayed in quite a few that was so well equipped. Looked like the inside had been freshly painted. Excellent showers in both bathrooms. Comfy beds if a bit bouncy. Large pool with plenty of sun beds and a BBQ area. Would definitely recommend. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had.

Excellent villa for a family beach holiday

A lovely villa in a great location - a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The villa has everything you could want, including a very well equipped kitchen, lovely pool and garden area (with BBQ), nice balcony and comfortable living room and bedrooms. It was perfect for our holiday with our 3 teenage children.

Lovely week in the Algarve

A wonderful stay in a lovely beach town just outside of Lagos. Most of our time was spent at the beach or on the water, but the house was clean, convenient, and easy to walk home to after our many dinners out. Would recommend.

Great location and wonderful space

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Set in a lovely quiet crescent with access to a central garden, not that it was needed much and the winning feature of this property is the great outdoor space. Lots of room for our family to play in the garden and a great size pool.

We had a brilliant holiday. The villa was perfect for us. Luz was also perfect as it is a small and quiet resort. We did the coastal walks, had lazy beach lunches, snoozy afternoons by the pool and ate in the plentiful restaurants and cafes in the evening 😀

The 2nd time we have stayed here and as before the property is immaculately presented throughout. Very spacious with everything you could need and more. 10 to 15 min walk to sea front. If you can manage to stay the last Friday of August, there is a HUGE free festival every year on the beach. Lagos is a short taxi ride away costing approx 10 each way.

Beautiful Villa in great location

Excellent location on a quiet road and only 15 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious and clean. Pool/garden area and balcony meant lots of places to enjoy the sun. Check in and communication prior was excellent with all information provided.
