- Pool heat is available for $150 per night, plus tax.

- The home is located at the top of a hill. During winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle and tire chains are strongly recommended for safe access.
- Please note that all persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter months. Chains may be required to access the home.
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.
