This darling condo's living room is perfectly beachy! Featuring new wood floors throughout, a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen TV, this is the ideal place to unwind and kick back after a thrilling day at the beach. Dine with the lake as your backdrop at the six-person dining table. The well-appointed kitchen includes everything you need to whip up tasty meals and quick snacks on the go. The main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom with two comfortable beds has access to the hallway bath. Please note that this property does not have A/C. The unit was clean, updated and well stocked. The location is perfect - on the beach, with an incredible view, and very close to downtown with shopping, dining and activities all within a 5 min drive.

We loved the condo. The view and beach were amazing. There is a washer and dryer and the kitchen is well appointed. It was unseasonably hot when we were there but there were fans and the breeze off of the lake was great. We will be back.

Between the rental company and the unit itself we were disappointed. First the communication is only via text. No human contact. The instructions to access the key to the unit were inadequate. The lock box was not standard , hence instructions would have been helpful. The dishes and pots and pans were not clean. I had to put them in the dishwasher to clean them before we would eat off of and cook with. The refrigerator also needed cleaned as there was dirt under the glass shelf directly above the meat and fruits drawers. We were given 3 pods for the dishwasher. We stayed four nights. When I requested an additional one (1) I was told that the rental company only provides starter kits and additional needs were to be bought by the guest. Otherwise just run the dishwasher on hot before we depart. I have never had to do that in 50 years of staying in condos. If that practice changed, I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. The sliding screen onto the desk/ balcony would not lock. The unit itself was adequate but it does need updated. I would think twice before renting this unit. The per night cost is too high for the unit.

Another great stay!

This is our second vacation to Glen Arbor and we loved it again! We love staying lakefront for the accessibility to the beach and water with small kids. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with great views and amenities.

Clean, comfy and what a view!

The condo is very clean, and the view of Lake MI is amazing. The beds are comfortable, baths are nicely updated, and the kitchen has everything you need. The Homestead is a great location to explore Leelanau.

South Beach was the perfect location for my weekend getaway. Close to TC, wineries, hiking and just relaxing watching the water. Everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful weekend away!

Everything about this trip was amazing. The location, the property, especially the view! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house looked just like the pictures, was very clean, and easy check in and check out process. I will be coming here again!

Fantastic location - incredible sunsets and view.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean condo located a one-minute walk from the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and quiet and very peaceful. At night all you hear is soft waves and a nice breeze. Highly recommend it!

View is beyond belief

The condo is very nice! Great updated bathrooms and very well equipped. But the icing on the cake is the view. WOW. We could have stayed in the condo all day and watched the lake, the dunes, the islands, the sunset. So beautiful.

My family and I had an amazing experience here. Views from the balcony are beautiful, the condo itself is clean and very convenient. No problem at all housing a family of 4. Would definitely book again if we find ourselves in this area.

Great time

The unit was all we could ask for during our stay. The area was wonderful with so much to do, but without tons of people everywhere. We loved the weather with lower temps and humidity than down south. The view of the lake and islands everyday was terrific.
