The Space:

Offering a stunning bay-front location with unobstructed water views. You’ve hit the jackpot with this three-bedroom vacation rental! Conveniently located in midtown within walking distance of great restaurants, including The Hobbit, Hooked Up, and Rope Walk. In addition, there are plenty of shopping and grocery stores, and the beach is a short walk just two blocks away! On-site amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open seasonally) and easy beach access.



Inside, you’ll find a completely renovated space with an open floor plan overlooking the bay. This space is great for entertainment and includes a wet bar with a wine chiller. Step outside from one of two large sliding doors to the oversized balcony, which has beautiful sunsets on the bay. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances will keep the group’s chef happy, and everyone can dine together at the window-front table for six or enjoy a snack at the breakfast bar. Entertainment options include streaming-capable TVs (using your own accounts) and complimentary internet access. Leave your chairs and beach buggy at home, for your convenience you have access to a storage unit with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach cart. Unit includes an in-unit washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and is accessible by elevator.

We've stayed at other Bay Princess properties in the past, but this one was by far the best! Very clean!!!!Very Roomy!!! The look from the balcony was supreme! Liked that our room was right off the elevator. We will definitely be booking next year at the same time. Hope it is available!

Perfect for our family

In my opinion this is the best location in Ocean City. Very easy walk to the beach and lots of places within walking distance such as restaurants, ice cream, liquor store, candy store, etc. The view over the bay was spectacular, beautiful sunsets and depending on time of year front row seats for the fireworks on the bay. We will definitely book again. Really loved it and the unit itself was so nice.

Just breathe condo has been recently renovated and attention to detail is shown throughout! The stunning view off the balcony is only made better by the breathtaking views of the evening sunsets! High quality heavy furniture was enjoyed on the balcony with pillows available for extra comfort. Linens provided and beds are very comfortable memory foam. Professional no cord blinds were hung on bedroom windows. Fully stocked kitchen and extras in the bathroom such as complimentary toothbrush/paste and mouthwash individually packaged. Master bathroom is amazing with built in bench and easy in/out walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Separate dressing area outside bathroom. Highly organized closet with labeled bins for anything you may need. A well-organized storage room with beach chairs and beach cart. Parking under the building was clean and plentiful. My family was beyond comfortable and very pleased with our stay. Communication and customer service with Vacasa was precise. Check in and check out just a view blocks from the condo. I will definitely be booking this condo again!
