The Space:

Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. The 2,200-square-foot home is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. Three living room sofa beds (one queen, and two twin sizes) provide added comfort. When you're not out on the beach, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Things to Know There is a storage shed outside of the property entrance for guests to store their beach items.
