Family and I have been coming to OC for years. We stay somewhere different each time. This condo is hands down the BEST one so far. You can tell the owners really care about their place. Spotless, cozy, pans had no scratched on them!, mattress were comfortable, pillows comfortable, appliances worked!, water pressure great, … the view, priceless, distance from boardwalk, just as easy as staying on the boardwalk (which we have many times). Rita was very cool. We didn’t meet. But we texted a few times and she was prompt, polite , and went above and beyond on some things that she really didn’t have to. Thank you for making our family trip this year a memorable one! I think we will be booking again in the future : )

The condo was amazing, location was perfect, the host were very accommodating and prompt. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that threw me off was the separate charge for linens, wasn't a that big of a deal, I never paid extra for that in all of my stays except for camping sites. Overall a great stay and would, and hopefully will stay again.Mike

Wonderful location for a family beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay this property. The location is perfect for families who want to stay close to the beach but away from the craziness of the boardwalk. It was very kid friendly and we look forward to returning next year!

Great views!

We enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views of the bay and inlet! A few things could use some updating, but overall it’s a great property. Walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk.

Perfect stay for Ocean City

The condo was a lot larger in person including the balcony. Awesome view’s of the bay from the 3rd floor with a restaurant right underneath.

Property was nice and conveniently located. Some items were in disrepair and had a lot of wear and tear, but clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Ocean City Stay

The unit was beautiful a great view of the bay. The proximately to the boardwalk was perfect. It was within an easy walking distance. The best part with the direction this unit faced the noise at night was minimal and you could just relax and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this location.

Awesome weekend-from host, amenities, location, clean!

Pictures do not do it justice! First- host was great! Amazing location on the bay! We choose this rental mostly based on the location and other reviews about having coffee on the terrace with the dolphins! Was not disappointed! The only recommendation would be to replace the shower heads! I understand the water pressure being adjusted to conserve but the way they spray did lead to a little puddle outside the shower!

The unit was beautiful but it was not cleaned. Dirty laundry left in unit...cockroach on the bathroom floor...mold on toilet seat.. we loved the unit but we paid a lot and were very dissapointed because of this. Best of oc who manages the unit gave excellent service though and that helped so much. I should be given some money back on this reservation

The unit was prety clean upon arrival, owner responded quickly with the coffee maker. The unit itself needs attention, i would have thought that during the slow winter season would be when updating and repairs would be scheduled? Gurss not. Wall patches, floor apart old mattresses, not a welk stocked kitchen. There were only 5 of us and barely enough pots and pans to get by. The unit would be vwry nice with some attention.

We always appreciate feedback from our guests.. Had the guests informed us of the cookware issue, we would have brought over a new set along with the new coffee maker requested. We pride ourselves in being very responsive to out guests. The repairs to the floor has been completed. New cookware is now in the unit. The entrance hallway has been patched and freshly painted. The unit was occupied with a 7 month winter lease so unavailable to repair this past winter. As to the mattresses, 5 of the 7 in the unit were new in 2022. We will check out the remaining 2 and update if necessary.
