The Space:

This building is located on the boardwalk, making this home the perfect place to experience a fun beach vacation with someone you love! You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and central air. After a fun day in the shared pool or down on the beach, come back to watch a good movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The balcony is a great place to savor a cup of coffee or a delicious brunch prepared in the full kitchen. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved the location. Able to watch the boats enter and exit the bay to the ocean, watch the carnival lights, nice ocean view as well. Easy access to the parking deck and exit right close to the board walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place!

This is the 3rd different condo we stayed at in Belmont towers and it was our favorite! Although it’s not oceanfront, you still get an awesome view of the ocean, boardwalk, and the inlet from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were clean. Our kids had a blast. We would stay here again.

Great location and perfect size place for 5 of us. The rental office for check in and check out is 62 blocks from the property. With weekend traffic I wished that part were more convenient. Lovely place close to beach and boardwalk!

Our room was big, clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for the whole family. Short distance to the boardwalk and cute little pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. It was very clean on arrival and a great place to stay with kids as it is so close to the amusement park and rides. You could see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

I’d stay here again

We really loved the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice appliances and all the supplies needed to cook. The furniture is comfortable. I like the fireplace. Nice view and great location. There were no steps so easy to move around.

Great property but needed more information about the garage location.

The view was beautiful and the property had everything you would need. More amenities were provided than was said, even beach chairs and umbrellas. Perfect location, close to everything but very quiet. It was perfect except for the information about the location of the garage and no pass code was provided for the downstairs outer doors. We had to call.

Memorial Day trip

Place was great. Would suggest getting a spot for tall vehicles. Had a cost not expected due to having to park on the street instead of garage due to our vehicle size for a family of 7. Maybe arrange with local lots to allow that type of vehicle.

Great family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised and everything was very clean upon our arrival. We very much enjoyed how close the property was to the beach and the ability to park our car and never had to move it throughout the duration of our stay. My only gripe is that we didn’t have any linens upon our arrival but this was rectified with a call to the main office pretty quickly. I would recommend this property to any young family looking to get away.

Great location and beautiful views

Fantastic condo. Location awesome. Would prefer to be able.to check in and check out at property instead of driving to Vacasa locations. Garage remote needed batteries and WIfi would not connect. These are only 2 issues we had. Stocked well . Absolutely would stay here again!
