The Space:
Watch the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean each morning from Sea Watch 516, an oceanfront condo perched above the beach in beautiful North Ocean City. This condo sits on the fifth floor of Sea Watch, a beachfront resort known and loved for its fantastic amenities. Enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, an arcade game room, a billiard room, basketball and volleyball courts, and even an on-site movie theater. You'll also have beach chairs and a boogie board to bring downstairs to the sand each morning. After a day of swimming and surfing, leave your towels in the private laundry room and step inside to be greeted by a blast of central air-conditioning. Fix a few cold drinks in the well-equipped kitchen, and step out onto the balcony to take in a view of the ocean, the beach, and the city looking south. You could easily linger outside all afternoon, basking in the view and the cool breeze coming off the water. In the evenings, play cards at the dining room table, watch movies on the living room TV, or escape to the front sitting room to log onto the high-speed WiFi. Of the two bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a primary suite with direct access to the balcony. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
