The space
Guests will enjoy a stay in a brand-new 44-foot fifth-wheel RV designed for comfort and space. The RV features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, perfect for two adults. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed with two single bunks above, comfortably accommodating two additional adults or up to three children. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease during your stay.

Step outside and take in beautiful waterfront views of the Braden River. Relax on the dock, or unwind on the outdoor sofa by the cozy fireplace while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The grill and Blackstone combo is perfect for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner while soaking in the riverfront atmosphere.

Your space is completely private, with only the driveway shared with the owners’ property. The owners live onsite and are available if needed, while still respecting your privacy throughout your stay.
