The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three bedrooms with double beds. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. The location is disproportionately sunny. Approx. 7 hours of sunshine in winter and approx. 11 hours in summer.



The apartment is located in a natural area with excellent leisure opportunities for the whole family. Enjoy 225 kilometers of pistes in the Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 3 sunny sides. for both beginning and advanced skiers. In addition, there are the magnificent cross-country skiing routes.



The entire Lenzerheide-Valbella-Arosa holiday region offers an attractive family program, but also beautiful mountain scenery with 140 km of hiking trails and a 110 km long bicycle and mountain bike course.



There is a golf course within 2 km and 5 other golf courses within 45 minutes.
