The Space:

Enjoy great golf and pond views from the screened porch and open air deck of this centrally-located 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome - approximately 1,756 square feet. This updated home is decorated with a Nantucket and nautical flair for a cozy atmosphere. Spacious first floor master bedroom contains full master bath. With granite counters and tile backsplash and new gas stove (2017), the well-equipped kitchen is stocked for the most serious of cooks. Dining room sliding glass doors lead to the screened porch or open deck where pond and golf views await - it's a great perch for stargazing too. This is a great escape for your vacation, any time of the year. Minutes to the local beaches, tax-fee shopping, water sports, family amusements and more. Central air conditioning , washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (flat-screens), 4 DVDs, Keurig, gas grill, gas fireplace, Wifi., 1-car garage, Xbox 360, assorted books, movies and games, couple of adult bikes, few beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Nice peaceful community with a lot of places to visit. We loved having bikes provided to ride around and explore. We also liked the workout rooms and pool area.

Summer vacation

Great location for safe walking, jogging and cycling. Also close enough to enjoy different beaches. We played the Bear Trap Golf course and liked it very much. Nice house, has everything you need for a week long stay

Great Stay

We all truly enjoyed the house. It was inviting, clean and better than advertised. The location and area were great. We tried several restaurants close to the house and all the food we had was excellent, especially the shrimp tacos. Spent part of a day on the sand at the beach, a short drive away from the house, with our grandson and couldn't have asked for anything better. Would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it.

Best Ever Rental in Bear Trap Dunes

I’ve rented houses in BTD for my family for 6 years and 60 Willow Oak is the best of them all. I loved the water view and it has all the amenities and supplies you will need. I loved the way the screened in porch was set up. I am definitely renting this unit again next year.

Great house

Rented the house in mid April for few days of golf with a friend. The house is very well located next to Bear Trap Golf Course and close to all the other great courses in the area. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would rent again.

Beautifully decorated home

The furnishings were so pretty with a nautical theme. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, great for walks, running, bike riding, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. In the garage there were some bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, toys, etc. for you to use. It's a great place for families to stay!

Beautiful Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable, spacious townhouse. It was very nicely decorated and we appreciated the nautical theme. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the pond from the dining room and the porch was perfect. Bear Trap Dunes is one of the nicest developments in the area with easy access to Bethany Beach town center and the beach.

Sisters and friends

We’re a group of two sisters and two friends who have been vacationing together since covid and we had a great week at this property. We love Bear Trap and the house is in walking distance to the pool, where we spend most of our time. Everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great week!

Ocean View

The property was beautiful, well appointed, and located in a great area close to everything. Vacasa management was poor. Took 48 hours to have router restored and none of our questions and concerns regarding the property were answered.

The home was very nice and well appointed. A little disappointed the gas fireplace did not work as it was chilly and the fireplace would have been perfect to warm the area instead of using the house heat. I have never rented a home for the weekend and it would have been nice to know, in the beginning i did not need to bring paper towels, dishwashing liquids soap shampoo TP. None of these items were listed in th amenities section This is not a complaint just a suggestion to include

We apologize for the disappointment with the gas fireplace, especially given the cooler weather. We have submitted a maintenance ticket to check it, as it is possible the pilot light is out. Had we been notified during your stay, a maintenance technician may have been able to resolve it at that time. We appreciate your suggestion regarding household supplies. We do provide a starter pack of amenities, and this information is outlined in the welcome email sent before arrival. Filthy

This was the most disgusting place I have ever rented. I paid 4,400 for 3 weeks and at this cost I expected much more. I demanded it be cleaned again and they did come when I wasn’t there and didn’t do anything, What wasn’t dirty was broken. Hair in the kitchen bowels, the washer and dryer was disgusting. The window sills do dirty I could right my name on them. Cobb webs on the doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, porches. Outside furniture filthy. Couldn’t even sit outside. Dead flies etc. To be fair, the bed in the master was very comfortable and it was quiet. The sheets they supply are thin as a tissue and the towels stiff as a board. Luckily I brought my own. Vacasa should refund me money for cleaning their unit!
