This spacious and unique home - more than 4,000 square feet - features many extras, including its own separate guest cottage featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping as well as a full-size pool table, a genuine MultiCade arcade game, a bar, and a 50-inch plasma TV - for all those sporting events where a smaller TV just won't do. There is also a full bathroom. Outside there is a bricked terrace where you can hone your barbeque skills on a large gas grill. The main suite has its own private sitting room. There is a living area with a gas fireplace and 45-inch TV on the first level as well as an open den. You will fall in love with this large well-equipped kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee machine, and an additional refrigerator in the garage to store those extra munchies for the kids or soft drinks and brews! This kitchen is set up for the most serious of cooks as well as something simple like throwing in a frozen pizza or two. The second floor features a spacious loft area that is set up as a second living room with a 25-inch TV. There are several TVs and many DVD players for all the TV fanatics to enjoy. Best of all is the beautiful decor! There are many custom aspects to this home that truly makes it unique. It is large but also warm and welcoming and features many custom finishing touches that you just don't find in many vacation rental properties. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities.
