Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Twin over Twin Trundle, TV & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen,  two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail.  Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV.  Bedroom Three offers a Queen bed & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private furnished balcony!  

There is a grill for the grill master in the family!  Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
