Great location and beautiful home. The beds were definitely on the hard side and the upstairs king bedroom needs a mirror over the bureau.

It was a very comfortable home with plenty of space. The sunporch was a highlight for all of us as well as the outdoor patio. We did have to sweep the sunporch upon arrival because it was overlooked by cleaning company but otherwise the home was clean.

Excellent for families

Great place. It is really spacious and fully equipped. Even the bedroom with 3 beds has plenty of space. The house is very well maintained. The property manager was nice and very responsive. The location is good. You can be in many places of the Cape in less than 30 minutes. Good dining options nearby, and close to a couple of nice bakeries.

I use to live in the area back in the early 90's. My how Cape Cod has changed. The property is beautiful. I guess I missed the part about it being split level. My mother who is 90 cannot go up and down stairs easily. That is in no way a complaint. Once we got there and got her settled she spent most of her time on the patio. The place is very spacious.
