Only 750 feet from the front door to the community's private beach, this Falmouth, Massachusetts home is the epitome of coastal living! When you aren't hanging out on the beach, tanning in the sun, or sipping on a fruity beverage, check out Shining Seas Bike Trail for peaceful rides. Memories full of love and togetherness will effortlessly be created in the sun-filled living room, the well-equipped kitchen, and the home's expansive deck. When the chef of your family is ready to show off their culinary skills, gather around the formal dining table. After eating, engage in some playful competition as you play corn hole or learn a new card game. The home's four bedrooms are equally comfortable with their coastal-inspired color palettes, warm wood finishes, and soft linens. Additional perks include a fireplace, a private washer/dryer, a gas grill, and central air-conditioning. As evening begins to near, head for 'big rock' a stellar landmark for family photos! Combined with the area's mesmerizing sunsets, the photos you get here will be ones you'll want to memorialize forever. Things to Know Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The beach chairs on the beach belong to our neighbor's and are off limits to guests. Guests must bring the beach chairs (and umbrella) we provide that are stored in the garage.

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Our favorite spot was the large deck which was perfect for relaxing, enjoying family meals, and gazing out at the ocean. The convenience of a private beach just down the road was such a bonus. We loved our family time here and can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for my family. Very spacious with a gorgeous view. The property had lots of beach items and was well stocked with everything we needed. It is quite dated, but we could see that from photos. Unfortunately, I requested a late check out and had a difficult time communicating with the host. I was originally told it was approved through text, but then declined. I was actually assured it would be fine and was approved, but after reminding and contacting the host several times through text and phone calls it wasn’t allowed. This was disappointing because we were counting on it with our daily plan.

Family get away

We came for a quick stay for a family event. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, neat and well taken care of. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The beach was small, rocky and beautiful. I only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy all of it.

Perfect anniversary

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary this year. We didn’t want a party but just a place to have our children and grandchildren for quality time. Everything was perfect including the weather. Just what we had envisioned.

Great beach house!

We just returned from a week-long stay here and had a great time! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals for many adults and kids. There were so many thoughtful touches - from beach gear to lawn games. The backyard is very private, and we spent much of our time enjoying the back deck. And nothing beats being able to quickly walk to and from the beach with small children. We’d definitely stay again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable home w/private beach

Great house with big rooms, well equipped kitchen, great A/C and fans and wonderful covered porch! Small but clean beach just five min away and chairs/umbrellas, cooler and games available in garage. Quiet and private street and yard. Part owner lives next door but unsure if he’s a property manager since no instructions were left about that but he did introduce himself. Great price but that may be since it’s a new listing. Hope to return soon!

NOT CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION!

Location and house is great, but it wasn't clean . Beds, showers, and bathroom sinks were GROSS! Hard to get in touch with a real person and took a long time to get someone to the house to fix the problem. The team did fix the problem, but our first night was rough since many people slept on a blow up mattress we brought or the couches since the beds were dirty. Their team was kind, but I wish the response time was much faster and I didn't have to follow up SO many times to get the problems fixed.
