With a peek-a-boo view of Cape Cod Bay, this is a place for days spent barbecuing on the deck and strolling to the harbor, the beach, and an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. This two-bedroom condo occupies the second floor of a building in downtown Provincetown that dates back to 1880. It's less than a block off Commercial Street, three-quarters of a mile from the Pilgrim Monument, and a mile and half from Herring Cove Beach. Walk to galleries in the afternoons, dinner in the evenings, and annual events all summer long. After a day of whale-watching or beach-going, find the perfect place to unwind on the spacious, shaded deck, thoughtfully outfitted with a large table for sunset dinners alfresco. Inside, the condo is bright, air conditioned, and uncluttered, with pops of color and pattern adding interest throughout. At the heart of the home is a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table, and glass doors that connect to the deck. Beautiful home in an ideal location; clean, up to date, fantastic patio area and kitchen, really lovely and clean bathroom. Sheets and linens were all clean and comfy, as were the beds. Highly recommend!

Quiet Place. Perfect West End Location.

Perfectly located to be quiet but a quick walk to anywhere in town, including tea. Or. Just next to Perry’s, the place to purchase the best wines and spirits. Quiet and comfortable. Wonderful place to enjoy the aura of PTown for a week or more!

Great place to stay & good location, house just needs some TLC before next season. Things need fresh paint; deck seems to be falling apart outside; a few repairs & organization would do it some good. But overall felt safe & enjoyed it.

This little spot was wonderful! Located in the West End, it was quiet and serene. The place was so clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities you need.The bathroom was huge with great light, large mirrors, a spacious shower and laundry, which were all greatly welcomed features. The deck offered the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cookout! Walkable to all things, storage space for bikes, and Perry's Market just steps away. Thanks, 3 Franklin, we'll be back!

Pros: Excellent location Very clean Decent kitchen Beautiful views of the bay Lots of outdoor space Service team was friendly and responsive when the shower wouldn't get hot Cons: The shower did not get hot No closets or dressers and very little storage space Electricity constantly short circuited when more than one appliance was in use All in all - a lovely place for a week in the winter, but this might be a better option for a summer stay.
