Cette unité est située entre les rues Bradford et Commercial, derrière la clé Brass.

Il y a 2 chambres de taille queen avec espace de rangement généreux. La salle de bain a été complètement rénovée au printemps 2019.

La cuisine surdimensionnée dispose d'une grande île qui peut accueillir confortablement 4 - il est parfait pour déguster un repas ou un cocktail. Tous les appareils sont Bosch et le nettoyage est un jeu d'enfant grâce au lave-vaisselle! Il y a un patio spacieux au large de la cuisine qui vous permet facilement de prendre la fête à l'extérieur pour griller et dîner.

En moins de 10 minutes, vous pouvez marcher à The Boatslip, observation des baleines, galeries, bars et restaurants. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez terminer votre journée avec une tranche de pizza et être à la maison après une promenade de 3 minutes!

Just had a great visit to Ptown and this property was a key factor to this experience. It was centrally located and easily accessible. It was also comfortably appointed, which definitely made it feel like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at Rob's place. The location is amazing - just a block off Commercial Street. The place was quiet and very accurate to the pictures. The kitchen is a dream and a great gathering place. Beds were very comfortable. We'll be back!

Perfect location in P-Town. Beautiful clean accommodating property. We brought certain items and glassware to use and they were left in the car. Kitchen fully stocked with all types of glassware from martini glasses to coffee mugs - we needed for nothing - couple small glitches that the property manager quickly addressed and were rectified immediately - Pictures really do not do justice to this immaculate property and it’s location… looking so forward to our next trip to P-town and using the property again!!!

What a great experience

The condo is very comfortable, has a ton of space, and is well appointed. Rob , the manager, great communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Great house, conveniently walkable location to all that is P-town. Comfortable space, well appointed kitchen, with touches of humorous and interesting art throughout. Lovely patio though we didn't use it. Friends encountered glares from nearby residents trying to accommodate host wishes to stay away from the house to smoke. A kindly neighbor explained expectations more clearly and friends took long walks to avoid issues.

Apartment was absolutely perfect for four people. Everything was clean, functional, easy. It is in perfect location right up the street from “Pizza tea” and we had zero complaints. Thank you!!!

Perfect location! The kitchen is elegant and well-stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Living room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Love the Sonos sound system and the large flat screen TV! Bedrooms and upstairs bathroom were fine. Owner was very helpful during our stay if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A Designers Dream

Beautifully designed accommodations. First floor totally updated, a modern well designed space for living and entertaining. Every detail was thought about. Second floor restored with great attention to detail. Location was perfect, a quiet street yet close to everything Ptown has to offer. Host was polite and easy to communicate with.

Five minutes of walk from the heart of Commercial street ! Restaurants, stores, coffee shop and the famous Boatslip. The unit is well furnished and great for 4 people. The kitchen is absolutely a charm to use and we loved the sound system ! Rob is a caring host and ensures that you’ve got everything you need. Thanks for this beautiful week !

Great Apartment in a great location!

This house is perfect for a stay in P-town. The house is in an unbeatable location right off Commercial street and very close to the supermarket and beaches. The dedicated parking spot makes easy to get to. The backyard with the BBQ made it great to hang out after the beach and prepare a nice meal. The kitchen has everything you could possible need and a great cooking area. The living room is comfortable, nicely decorated and comes with Sonos (make sure you download the app!). The rooms are great and so is the bathroom. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect P-town Property

Two friends and I stayed the weekend at the property and absolutely loved it. The house is clean, incredibly functional, and cozy. We loved the kitchen and terrace, especially. The location is truly perfect- walking distance to everywhere you want to be.

Fantastic Stay!

We have been staying in PTown for a week every summer for many years now. It is one of our favorite places anywhere!! Each year we have booked closer and closer to Commercial Street and the bay. This property is in an absolutely perfect location close to everything and a 15 second walk to Commercial Street! The kitchen is one of the best features and fully stocked with everything you will need. Rob is the BEST! Incredibly responsive, thoughtful and fantastic communication. Hopefully we will meet in person one day 😊. Highly recommend this property!!

Great Unit and Locatiion

We come to ptown once or twice a year and I can tell you that we would definitely book this unit again if it is available. The unit is nice , has a great layout, and the location is perfect. We will definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Def a Treat During Spooky Bear

We expected the apartment to be well-appointed based on the profile pics, but the reality was still pleasantly surprising. We were thrilled when we walked in (after a long drive from NYC) and were greeted with visibly gay and eclectic, albeit delightful, art all around the space. The rectangular kitchen area had more than enough room for making martinis, and was the perf space to sit in around the center table, and pregame tea. The 2 rooms on the 2nd floor were each quirky with their own amusing character, consistent with the entire space’s motif, and yet became super cozy and really restful when the mood required. We look forward to being back next year, especially since working with the property manager Rob while booking and even through the trip was such a pleasure! Thanks again to the hosts for this treat during Spooky Bear weekend!

Centrally-located gem

My second stay at this cute duplex got even better with a newly renovated bathroom! We loved coming home to this quiet oasis in the middle of town. Will we return again next year? Of course - already booked!!

Great property!

We had a great time staying in Provincetown at this property. The apartment is centrally located just steps from Commercial street, which boasts lots of great restaurants, cafes, shops and bustling day and nightlife. Property had everything you need for your stay and was recently updated.

Amazing property in a perfect location!

My group of 4 stayed at this property for the long Memorial Day weekend and the pictures simply do not do it justice! The unit was sparkling clean and had every amenity needed for a weekend away in Provincetown. From the quaint patio with a big grill, to the open and accommodating kitchen, to the very comfortable living room and bedrooms, this had it all. It was a perfect location for us as well- A quick skip over to Spiritus for a slice of pizza and less than a 5 minute walk to the Boat Slip for tea dance. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back!
