The Space:

If you want a fun-filled, relaxing, comfortable place to spend time with family and friends, this is the one! This home offers a private pool, a dock with an access ladder, an outdoor fireplace, a covered wet bar, and multiple decks - including a crows nest deck with amazing views of the ocean and Back Bay. Beach Be With You will be your new favorite vacation home, offering something for everyone to do, places to get away, close proximity to the beach, access to the bay, and both covered and uncovered decks. Your stay begins on the bottom floor, where you'll find a den with a TV, a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, cabinets, and counter seating), and three bedrooms - all with TVs. A full bathroom services this floor and the yard. The middle level is home to a centrally located living area with a large TV, a game room with an arcade machine and board games, and two bedrooms on each side - all with TVs as well. There are two full bathrooms and a half-bath for convenient access. The upper level is open and bright, offering an eat-in kitchen with counter seating and two dining areas. The great room features comfortable sofas, a TV, and a hall bathroom. The spacious primary suite - with a private bathroom and a garden tub - offers deck access overlooking the backyard and the bay. The hidden gem of this home is the amazing backyard, where you'll find an in-ground pool surrounded by decks, covered picnic areas, a bar with seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a dock with ladder access to the bay, and a basketball setup. Additional amenities include cornhole, outdoor foosball, a gas grill, free WiFi, and one of the highest rooftop decks in Sandbridge. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide byour good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Great for families!

We held our annual family beach gathering at this home and were very pleased. Pool was great, outdoor furniture was nice and plentiful. Gathering areas were spacious. Beach was a quick walk. Great house, go for it!

Great for multi-families. Nice decking and yard. If a larger family may want to bring some extra pots and pans.Plenty of parking. Short walk to beach and great fishing off the dock.

This house was great. Roomy, homey and comfortable. Location was perfect. Our family had a great time beach accesss was convenient. Highly recommend for big families and an added bonus was the 80s video games, we played the all from pac man to break out!!!

Loved the house and the layout. Was great to have 3 living areas. Pool was great, kids swam until 9pm most nights. Only thing was alot of ants all over and the smoke alarms kept going off.

Great trip

On the second day of the trip, we ran out of propane, and vacasa did a really great job of replacing it almost immediately. Super great service, really nice home. Very clean and very spacious. Would recommend!

Family stay in Sandbridge

We were in town for a family funeral in the winter and slept 16 very comfortably in this beautiful vacation home. We had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals, lots of games for the kids even in the cold rain. Highly recommend this rental for a big family. We loved the way the bedrooms were laid out for family units sharing bathrooms and the master suite was very spacious and private.

Great family spot!!

Very spacious house with multiple levels so everyone can spread out or come together in common areas inside & out. Plenty to do indoors and out. Short walk to the beach. One of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in which is very important. I booked too late to find a spot with a beach view but the canal out back with its own private dock, bench swing & the rooftop deck still allowed me to feel I was away from home relaxing on the water. Would definitely stay here again!! Loved it - thank you so much!

Kid-friendly.

Our group included kids, ages 5, 7, 11, 14, and young adults, 18 and 20. There were many available things for them to do both indoors as well as out. Not once did I hear someone say, "I'm bored." Personally, I appreciated that Beach Be With You was located at Sandbridge, away from the more populated and active Virginia Beach. It was private and quiet, yet popular tourist opportunities were not that far away.

Housekeeping

We checked in to find that two beds had no sheets and two bunks were never charged out; still had soiled linens. We ran out of propane during a dinner, we called and someone called back an hour later to say they couldn’t get one to us until the next day. Fortunately, the next door neighbor let us borrow their propane tank to finish dinner.
