The Space:

Great location .. just two blocks to The Village Pavilion (with its pools, fitness center, tennis and playground) and clubhouse with restaurant! This spacious first floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath Golf Villa-style condo - approximately 1,600 square feet - features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite! And the plush living area offers a place to relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the large TV after days of fun and adventure. Cuddle up by the gas fireplace or play a few board games together at the dining table for four. Screened porch and open deck too! Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. This exciting golf course community also features a variety of resort amenities like those at the Pavilion and Recreational Complex including indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a dry sauna, playground, summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. SHARED AMENITIES Pool Hot tub Sauna Tennis court Fitness room Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Board games and a Bluetooth wireless speaker are available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

We were I. Town a for a family Celebration . The place was in a great location I was very clean and well finished. It was set very spaciously and easy access to all that we needed. The host was very responsive and VueDtay was very quick to respond to any questions we had! It was a great value for a stay at the beach! We will definitely be back!

Cozy and clean!

We really enjoyed our quick stay in Ocean View. This condo was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need for a week long stay. The space itself is actually much bigger than how it is portrayed in the pictures--easily suits 6 guests.

The home was so cozy! We traveled for a week with our 4 year old son. He had lots of games to play and enjoyed his comfy big boy bed. The house was so clean and guest services was always available. We loved this house and hope to come back again!

Clean and beautiful

The end unit was facing the street. It was very nice to sit on the porch for breakfast. Everything was nice. The king bed was comfortable, queen bed, and a pullout couch. There are two spacious bathrooms and the apartment is on the bottom floor so you don’t have to drag all your items upstairs. Great stay here. We will return next year!

Quiet and relaxing stay

The Bear Trap Dunes is a very relaxing resort for a stay that is a short drive or shuttle ride to Bethany Beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Furniture is a bit old and worn. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and appreciated the washer/dryer after days at the beach. Highly recommend getting the amenities pass for families for pools, bball, pickleball and tennis courts.

Off season rental with disabled person

Our stay was excellent. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were there off season, we were a little disappointed that the hours of the indoor pool was very limited. The shower was not a roll in shower, it did have a step up, which did not work for a wheelchair, but we did the best we could.
