Nestled alongside beautiful Linekin Bay, this charming 2BR restored in spring 2025 cottage features spectacular panoramic bay views and a shared deepwater dock. Enjoy the ambient glow of a wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth after your walk around beautiful Ocean Point. Lounge on the spacious deck overlooking the water. And you're only 3 miles from East Boothbay Village, the General Store, and the Carriage House Restaurant.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy amazing views of Linekin Bay from the comfort of a spacious open living area that boasts vaulted open-beam ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth. A sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and two wicker chairs comfortably seat seven.

KITCHEN & DINING
You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with brand new wood flooring and recently updated amenities. A full suite of appliances includes a microwave, dishwasher and Gas powered “Chef Quality” range.

At mealtime, gather for festive vacation meals at the kitchen island with seating for 6.

BED & BATH

This one-level cottage sleeps 4 guests between the two bedrooms and a queen murphy bed in the living area.
Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a stately queen bed. The second bedroom holds a King bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a recently updated tile shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax or dine outdoors on a spacious wooden deck with table seating for four and two lounge chairs. Enjoy lovely views of Linekin Bay. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout.

A shared deepwater dock is just steps away.

Even better than it looks!

The house has been recently renovated and is very up to date. It is comfortable yet cozy. The views of Linekin Bay cannot be rivaled. Would love to return to this idyllic spot.

This place is perfect! My kids spend almost everyday on the dock catching fish, riding in kayaks and jumping in the water(it’s cold). We can’t wait to book this place again!!!

Beautiful Harbor View

Spent 3 nights here and loved it as a launching pad to see the Boothbay area! Beautiful view to watch lobster traps be pulled and seals swim by right out the window or from the deck. If we had more time I would have tried the kayaks and fishing equipment out!

Ocean Point

Absolutely loved the view of the water. Entire side of home facing the water was nothing but windows. Watched a beautiful sunset from the Adirondack chairs which was nice as well. Only 10-15 minute drive to Booth Bay Harbor. Great place overall!

Beautiful views

Wonderful location and views. Only issue was the heat wave and no air conditioning. It gets very uncomfortable from afternoon until late evening when you come visit during weather that is 85+ - sun shines in from all the windows

Serene and beautiful

While we had trouble with the code to get in, vacasa fixed the problem promptly. The home was beautiful. Fully stocked. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing.. sunset was gorgeous. We Saw seals and porpoise and all kinds of birds. Went a week before season so the dock was not out, But we didn't really need it. Best part of our trip was staying in the cottage. Local town was so quaint and didn't even need to leave town;it had everything we needed
