While the property spans 5 acres, you might spot the owners or their guests at the separate guest house above the garage in the parking area. They have their own entrance and won't disturb your privacy. The locked Airstream trailer by the pool belongs to the owners but sits empty during guest stays. This is a quiet, rural setting where you'll hear owls at night and birdsong at dawn. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Note that while you can walk the working vineyard on the property, the grapes belong to the owners — but you're welcome to admire them up close!
