The washer and dryer are located in a covered outdoor area. Please note the dishwasher is not available for use. As the home is surrounded by trees and nature, occasional small insects may appear — common in peaceful, green neighbourhoods like this one.

Guests have full and private access to the entire suite: both bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry area. Enter through the backyard gate (visible in the listing photos); a private gravel parking spot is reserved just outside the gate.
