Relax and unwind in this beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condominium located on the 7th floor of Phoenix III. Perfect for couples, small families, or a friends' getaway, this spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and offers breathtaking views of the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of Orange Beach.

The inviting living area features floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, an oversized accent chair, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for enjoying a movie after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the coastal-inspired dining table with seating for four, or enjoy additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The cozy primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. The bathroom includes a granite vanity and a shower/tub combination. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the unit.

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time here! The included beach chairs were a huge bonus and made our beach days so much easier.There were just a few small things that could be improved. We noticed a few long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and the listing mentioned a blow dryer, but we weren’t able to find one during our stay. The bed and pillows were much softer than we prefer, but we know that’s a matter of personal preference.One thing I always enjoy at vacation rentals is a guest book. It’s so much fun reading about other families’ trips and leaving a note for future guests. It would be a nice addition to the condo!Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would consider staying here again.

Like many of our guests, I've always felt drawn to the beach. There's something special about waking up to the sound of the waves, spending the day in the sunshine, and ending the evening with a beautiful Gulf Coast sunset. Owning a beachfront condo was a dream of mine for many years, and I'm thrilled to be able to share it with others.

When I'm not working or spending time with my husband and our two children, you'll usually find me enjoying the coast and planning ways to make our condo even more comfortable and inviting for guests.

My goal is simple: to provide a clean, relaxing, and welcoming place where you can slow down, make memories, and enjoy all that Orange Beach has to offer. Whether you're here for a long-awaited vacation or a quick weekend escape, I hope you'll love this little slice of paradise as much as we do.

We fell in love with this condo the moment we saw it. The breathtaking oceanfront views, sugar-white sand beaches, and the peaceful sound of the waves made it feel like a special place from day one.

One of our favorite things about staying here is watching both the sunrise and sunset from the property. Every day offers something different—from dolphins playing in the surf and pelicans gliding overhead to fishing boats heading out in the morning and returning in the evening.

There's something truly relaxing about sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, taking in the endless views of the Gulf, and watching the marine life and boats pass by. We chose this location because it captures everything we love about the beach: natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and unforgettable views.
