Very quaint room with a lovely outdoor patio. Everything you could want for your stay. Decorated for Halloween!

This was the coziest little get away for my Husband and I! Tanya and her husband were amazing hosts! From the little details of giving us ideas of places to go and eat to the wonderful patio! They were so kind and thoughtful! Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Sleepy Hollow!

We had an amazing stay at Tanya and Jason’s place in Tarrytown! The owners were easy to contact and replied to all questions promptly. The space was not only clean and cozy, but decorated for the Halloween season. It was like a Hallmark movie! The front deck was spacious and included a pizza oven for our use (we didn’t get to but maybe next time). The window AC unit had been taken out for fall, but since it was unseasonably hot Jason rushed to put it back up when we asked. The house is on a steep hill, which may be an issue for some, but was located very conveniently. The neighborhood was very cute. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

10 out of 10 fantastic property! It’s exactly what the pictures show. Everything is new, clean and lots of interesting art. The location is central to Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown and the Metro North train station. Cozy and homey with plenty of room for two people. The bed is super comfortable and the linens and pillows were great. Tanya responds very quickly to messages. But honestly, we didn’t even need to message her once while we were there because she already thought of everything and had it in our room. The room has its own private entrance and bathroom, so it feels like you’re getting a whole studio apartment to yourself. Street parking was very easy day and night as well. Highly recommend

My daughter and I had the best time in Tarrytown and this was one of the best stays that we’ve had. This room was perfect for the 2 of us. Eclectic and Halloweenie all at the same time. Our hosts had a bottle of wine for us when we got there, a Nespresso machine with various pods, snacks, a microwave and there’s a small fridge that was just right for the room. The bathroom has a bidet with a heated seat which was to die for. The location was within walking distance to town and the waterfront. There’s only street parking and it’s on a steep hill. The room is connected to the main house so you can hear some through the walls but I would highly recommend staying. The communication with the hosts was great. Thanks for an awesome stay!
