After a day of exploring the Blue Ridge area, you can unwind in our professional HotSpring hot tub and take in the million-dollar views of Fisher Peak.
Main House Layout:
• Two En-Suite Bedrooms: Featuring one King and one Queen bed.
• The Loft: A spacious area with two Full-size beds and a dedicated half-bathroom.
• Basement Living Area: Includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests.
Guest Suite Layout:
• Private Upstairs Bedroom: Perfect for a separate branch of the family, featuring two Queen beds and a Bunk Bed (Full-over-Full).
• Dedicated Amenities: Includes its own living area and gas kitchen (main house has an electric kitchen).
Property Highlights
• Total Privacy: You have exclusive use of the entire house, porches, and hot tub; we do not host other guests on the property during your stay.
• Dual Amenities: Enjoy two full kitchens and two sets of laundry facilities.
• Farm Charm: Watch our friendly "Poultry Crew" of chickens and geese from a distance. Please note their area is secured by an active electric fence—keep a respectful distance and supervise children at all times.
• The Land: Explore our 17-acre stretch along the Little Fisher River. To help us keep the farm running smoothly, please respect all posted "No Entry" signs in farm maintenance areas.
Important Details to Note
• Owner Presence: I reside in the barn located in the backyard. I keep a quiet profile and respect your privacy, though I will be out briefly each day to tend to my dogs and poultry.
• Occupancy & Fees: The nightly rate is for up to 10 guests. For groups of 11-12, there is an additional fee of $60 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy is strictly 12 overnight guests.
• Septic System Care: As we are in a beautiful rural area, we utilize a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper; do not flush wipes or pour grease down drains.
• Hot Tub Etiquette: To keep the water sparkling clean, please take a quick shower to rinse off lotions and oils before entering.
• Storage: The garage and specific internal closets are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked.
• Small Events: We welcome intimate weddings (max 25 attendees) for a $900 fee and a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Please message us to discuss your event before booking.
