Traditional Cypriot 5 bedroom Villa, spacious gardens with large pool and patio.
Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, (2 with en-suite,) also we have a 4 bed family bedroom. This is suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children that require nightly supervision. In addition to the 4 bedrooms is a ground floor double bedroom en-suite with its own veranda.

The space
Traditional Cypriot Villa with spacious gardens. 5 minute drive to beaches, restaurants, Casino's and Vineyard/Spa. Sea and Mountain Views . Kyrenia town and its beautiful harbour is 15 minutes away. Gated property with ample parking and carport giving plenty of shading. The Villa and its surrounding gardens, are to the most part, secluded from its neighbours, giving plenty of privacy in a tranquil setting.
Wraparound veranda and balconies three metres wide, provide ample seating options, in shade or sun. Rear veranda has bolt-able access gates to the pool, providing additional safety for young children.
The rear garden boasts a 11 metre x 5 metre swimming pool with a spacious patio , equipped for sun bathing or chilling out under the bamboo roof gazebo. Numerous alternatives for seating can be had either amongst the orange and grapefruit trees in the orchard or the gravelled sunken garden area. Alternatively an additional roof-tiled gazebo in the front garden offers a serene area surrounded by grapevines, bougainvillea and other varieties of plants.
Guests are welcome to rearrange the outdoor furniture to suit their needs, but please replace them at the end of your stay.

Spacious lobby. Comfortably lounge and tv room to the right, fully equipped kitchen and 65 inch smart tv with access to Netflix, YouTube etc to the left. Laundry room ahead Incorporating toilet. Additional ensuite bedroom. Marble staircase to first floor.

First floor.
Spacious landing with comfortable seating and door access to balcony. Family bathroom and four bedrooms, two with en-suite and three of which have direct access to the balcony.
Sliding mosquito blinds are fitted to all windows and doors .

We supply a free welcome pack on arrival to include basic food essentials, also an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience.

For your convenience and generally for bookings over 7 days, we offer an additional cleaning and linen change service during your stay. This can be arranged and paid for through our meet and greet host Ayse, and is priced according to your requirements.

A later check-out up to 4pm maybe possible depending on cleaning schedules at the time. Again, this can be arranged and confirmed through Ayse on your arrival and if available, will be subject to an additional fee.

Guest access
The entire villa and gardens are available to the guests with the exception of the adjacent bungalow which is used occasionally by the hosts. ( generally not occupied in the height of summer) This has its own access and driveway. Your privacy is assured.

Other things to note
You have a generous allowance of 70 kilowatts of electricity per day. Any extra used is covered by a returnable deposit taken on arrival amounting to £10 for each day of your stay. Excess used over the allowance is charged from the deposit at 30 pence per kilowatt. Be sure to check your usage during your stay and at checkout.

Gardens and pool are regularly maintained by one or sometimes twice weekly visits by the groundskeeper.
Strictly no lighting of fire pit in the months of July, August, September and October. ( or strong winds at any time of year) This is to prevent wild fires due to the dry season. If useing the fire pit, logs are readily available from most supermarkets. Hosts own log store are not to be used.
Toilets are connected to a cesspit pit. Please DO NOT flush wipes or paper down the toilet. It is important that wipes and paper are put in the bin provided otherwise blockages may occur in the pipe work and will occur a charge by the plumber.
