Located in the Çatalköy area of Kyrenia, Sunset Villa offers a peaceful retreat where the city’s hustle ends and nature begins. One of the villa’s most remarkable features is its uninterrupted sea and mountain views, visible from every room and the garden. Large windows fill the interiors with natural light, while the high-ceilinged custom architecture creates a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy a unique stay combining tranquility, breathtaking scenery, and comfort in a truly special setting.

Welcome to Sunset Villa, a serene escape set in one of Çatalköy’s quietest and most scenic areas. From every room, you’ll enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain views — a truly peaceful setting where only birdsong breaks the silence.

Our villa is fully detached, meaning the entire building shown in the first picture will be exclusively yours throughout your stay. The garden, enclosed by walls on all four sides, is completely private, allowing you to relax and unwind in total comfort.

The pool is accessed through a small gate directly from your garden, offering easy and convenient entry. Opposite the pool, there are two small adjoining villas. One is owned by a lady in her sixties who lives there quietly on her own. The second villa is also rented to guests, with a maximum occupancy of four people (including children). In previous years, it has mostly welcomed couples.

You are highly likely to enjoy using the pool as if it were private for most of the day, for two reasons. Firstly, outside visitors are not permitted. Secondly, as there are four beautiful sandy beaches within a five to ten-minute drive, guests often choose to spend some days at the beach instead.

We stayed at Sunset villa for 2weeks, Huseyin was there to meet us and explained all about the property and functions. The villa is set int the foothills of the mountains, the view was marvellous over Catalkoy, sea, Kyrenia, and up the mountain range. The pool was great with cool waters to refresh at anytime of day. The villa allowed us quiet peaceful haven with easy access along the coast. I would highly recommend this gem of a place and the host Hüseyin

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Location. Der Vermieter war sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Leider war es sehr kalt und somit konnten wir den Pool nicht nitzen.

Thank you for your satisfaction rating. I am very sorry that you could not use the pool due to the cold weather. Unfortunately, you were not able to use the pool as you stayed in our house in the coldest month of January in Cyprus. Since the air temperature is between 35-45 degrees Celsius in June, July, August and September, you can use the pool with great pleasure throughout the day and night. In April, May and October, you can use it comfortably only during the day, as the air temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius. Kind regards, Huseyin

Wonderful.

What can I say,everything about this property is spot on.Huseyin the owner is a thoughtful and helpful guy who is always at the end of the phone if there is a problem (which there wasn't).The pool is great and cleaned twice a week.You do need a car which Huseyin will help to organize.Will definitely stay again.

What a incredible time we had. This villa is so lovely and unbelievably so beautiful. If you step inside you immediately have a home feeling. The house is well maintained and absolutely stunning.. We enjoyed this villa which is spacious, well equipped with a beautiful well maintained garden also so clean and a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms were large, very neat bathrooms and the beds were also incredibly comfortable. The service was absolutely incredible and very helpful and supportive – Thank you We are happy to come back next year too.

What an amazing villa. !!

The views from the villa were absolutely outstanding. It was very comfortable, and extremely spacious. The owner Hüseyin was the most kind and caring man. He was there whenever we needed him. Derya and Omur are a wonderful family with two daughters. They were my first guests at Homeaway. They made a very friendly from the first day to the last day. The wonderful family left my house so clean that my house has never been this clean. There is a little chance of encountering such wonderful guests. I was born in Cyprus. I am retired from the army. But I went to university before retirement. My second profession is Psychological Counselor and Psychotherapist. I was a lecturer at a university 2009-2019. I am accepting clients in my own clinic.

I live in Nicosia with my wife and two children.

We have been hosting guests in our own houses for 5 years. One detached villa which name is Sunset Villa and one semi detached villa in Kyrenia. Both of them share the same swimming pool.

Property is a brilliant location for the whole family, located in a rural setting surrounded by beautiful nature and away from any hustle & bustle but close enough to helpful amenities and attractions situated.

Sunset Villa is in a very quiet area, the sea and mountain views are fascinating, and the large windows and balcony doors provide plenty of light and view.
There are very few other users compared to other shared pools. The only other users of the pool are two ladies and a gentleman.
