Make yourself at home in this modern, fully air-conditioned Bribie beach-house. Pets also welcome; yard is fully fenced. The house is in a quiet, convenient location close to the bridge, Sylvan beach (500m), Bribie Island Hotel, cafes and the main Island boat ramp - perfect for water sports.

Enjoy a relaxed getaway on Bribie Island in this fully renovated beach house. New kitchen with European appliances, De'Longhi coffee machine and fully equipped if you want to cook dinner (or not). New bathroom with quality finishes and luxury amenities to make your stay that bit more luxurious (we don't just give you 1 toilet roll!). The home also features two bedrooms, a third bedroom/reading room, lounge, dining room, separate toilet and two outdoor living areas plus laundry. With a backyard big enough to play soccer with the kids or throw a ball for your dog.

If you need flexible sleeping arrangements, we can cater for you. The main bedroom has a King bed that can be converted into two singles if you wish. The second living area/reading room can be easily converted into a third bedroom with either a Queen bed or Single bed and trundle - just let us know what you need and your wish is catered for. Sheets and luxury towels all supplied.

Outside features a large covered outdoor entertainment area with a TV, BBQ, bar fridge and a luxury hanging egg chair for you to escape into your favourite book. An outdoor shower, beach box with amenities for your beach day and play, and ample parking for 2 cars plus your boat completes the many amenities this modern beach-house offers you.
