As with many urban neighborhoods, we recommend standard city awareness practices such as locking vehicles and avoiding leaving packages or valuables unattended outdoors overnight. Guests should expect a diverse, active community environment rather than a quiet suburban setting. People are frequently out walking dogs, jogging, biking, spending time with family, and enjoying the nearby parks and trails!

•Guests have access to nearly the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the sunroom workspace, basement theater & game room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, and backyard. Smart TVs feature guest mode so you can securely sign into your favorite streaming services, and high-speed fiber WiFi is available throughout the home.

•All bedrooms are on the second floor. No bathroom or bedroom on the main level.

•Free street parking is typically easy to find along two sides of the corner lot.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms located on the second floor. Two full bathrooms make it easy for families and groups to spread out, with one on the second floor and another in the basement. Bathtub located on the second floor. Fresh towels, bath essentials, and cozy bathrobes are provided.

The home uses radiator heat in the winter and window AC units in warmer months rather than central air conditioning. The fireplace adds warmth and ambiance visually but is not operational for guest use. Bedrooms are on the second floor, and bathrooms are on the second floor and in the basement.

•Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

•This is a historic 1915 home with original charm, radiator heat in the winter, and window AC units in the warmer months.

•The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay.

•Exterior Ring security cameras with audio monitor entrances only and do not face any indoor spaces.
