Located on the building’s 1st floor with 5 steps up to the entrance, Southtown Studio Especial has everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Free Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, and an HDMI cable to iPhone connector is readily available to watch TV shows and movies on the TV from your phone. Great location! The studio is so close to restaurants and riverwalk. The neighborhood is nice with beautiful old houses. We appreciated the k-cups, cream and bottled water that were provided. We enjoyed the garden area for happy hour. Bed is super comfortable! Water pressure could be better, otherwise everything was perfect!

It was such a great stay, literally everything was within the area of the apartment. I walked a majority of the time which I preferred but for sure near many accessible transportation choices. Clean, organized, safe and most things you could need is provided.

The area homes are stunning! Felt very safe walking to and from the Riverwalk/Alamo areas. Driving in and around area is easy. The apt is wonderful! Just as advertised. The hosts answered any questions immediate. We would definitely stay here again if we returned!

It was a great place for my husband and I to stay. The price was very reasonable and located in a very nice neighborhood. Down the block was a diner, a Mexican restaurant, and another restaurant and some stores, etc. Maybe a 10-15 minute scenic walk to the start of the main area of the Riverwalk, the horseshoe. Less than 5 minutes’ drive (10 minute walk) to an HEB grocery store, where they had some organic fruits/vegetables and some gluten-free packaged options, etc. All of the above areas are safe to walk to and from. Our hosts were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. They maintained good communication during our stay. The only concern we had was the shower had low water pressure the 2nd morning of our 2 night stay, but that was most likely due to the shower filter needing to be changed. The water pressure was great the morning before.

The condo is just as it's stated very clean very comfortable and Joe and Stephanie are right there if you need them to be and it's so close to the Riverwalk and some great restaurants and we just had a wonderful time visiting with our family and staying in the little condo.
