Bienvenue dans cette maison historique rénovée de deux chambres et d'une salle de bain de 1920. Il est situé dans l'un des plus anciens quartiers de San Antonio. Il y a une belle terrasse pour se détendre à l'arriÚre de la maison. La maison est à distance de marche de la promenade Riverwalk, Blue Star Arts Complex, de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Il est également à seulement deux miles de l'Alamo. Cette maison a le charme le plus mignon que vous et votre invité apprécierez.

Cost and Comfortable. Short walk to a number of dining options.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 15 minute walk to the river walk and another 15 minutes along the river to the restaurants and entertainment. No complaints

It was a wonderful stay there at your house. It’s a beautiful home real comfortable bed and very clean house. I enjoyed the stay there very close to everything surrounding. Could walk to restaurants and enjoy the river walk walking

Had a Blast!

The property was more than expected. Older home just south of downtown. Everything we needed was provided. Very warm and cozy place. Its a must stay when visiting S.A. for a few days..

Great Place to stay

The house is exactly his pictured everything was immaculately clean and cutely decorated. Only thing we can say negative is the neighbor's dog barked all night and every time you open the front door it alerts the entire house... By the end of our stay all of us jokingly said front door front door it was rather annoying. There was no TV in the front bedroom which was kind of disappointing. But it was very cute super clean totally comfortable.

Felt like an unsafe area, a run-down neighbourhood

The first night the heat would not turn off; the host arranged to replace the thermostat the next day then the heat would not turn on. Two deadbolts on the back door neither worked. Back yard and deck were a mess of bird droppings. Dogs barked until 11:30, then train noise most of the night. The white noise maker the owner supplied beside the bed did not allow us to drown out these sounds. Cats all over the front and back yard; this was disappointing as I have a gander allergy. The host attempted to find us a new place to stay as she seemed to understand, but both offered were in similar neighbourhoods with no place to relax and enjoy the outside without seeing run-down buildings or business parking lots. We sent the owner photos of our concerns before the end our the eight days we had scheduled to stay. The owner promised to get back to us the next day, and now weeks later, still no reply! We abandoned after two days but paid the full 8 with no attempt on the owner's part to help us. The host was above and beyond in being helpful and suggested we contact VRBO, they provided a direct number to the owner, but unfortunately, she never replied. We have stayed in many VRBO locations. THIS IS THE ONE, AND ONLY TIME WE HAVE EVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW, AND BASED ON THE UNRESPONSIVENESS OF THE OWNER, WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT STAY HERE

Cozy & Cute

This house was probably one of the best that I have found since using VRBO for our vacations. The house was perfect for 2 or more people. It was very clean and decorated so cute. It really made me feel like I was in my own home. The neighbors on both sides were quiet, but there is a train that passes nearby regularly. Our host provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. The kitchen is a good size and includes a regular coffee pot and a keurig. There was also coffee and creamer provided. The washer and dryer were also a nice accommodation and laundry deter

Great Location & Communicative Hosts

This property was very clean & comfortable to stay in. Great location within walking distance of good food options and the river walk! The property manager was also very responsive & accommodating in her communication, which made our stay easy! I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time during our quick visit to San Antonio. The house was perfect and decorated nicely. It was very clean and had all your basic amenities. Coffee and creamer were provided. Thank you for this!!!! I have to have my coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big with plenty of towels for everyone. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash were provided, we forgot ours and that definitely saved us a trip to the store. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but laundry detergent was also provided. It’s the small things that matter and the owner definitely took into consideration the little extras we tend to forget to bring with. I recommend this house for anyone staying in San Antonio and don’t wish to stay in a hotel. The main area of the riverwalk was a quick drive up the road and parking is always easy to come by. Thanks again for opening your home to our family. We would be happy to stay here again!!
