Surf Condo 713 is located on the first floor of Building 7, just inside the gated entry. This oceanview unit includes full cable, Wi-Fi, and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests (Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds). First-floor units enjoy private covered parking for two vehicles parked tandem.
