With the Atlantic Ocean at your door, you can relax in the perfect vacation setting of the Villa Capriani. One bedroom and queen sleeper sofa, includes a separate living room, bedroom and offers a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.

A picturesque multi-level courtyard features several swimming pools and a whirlpool accented with beautiful landscaping and waterfalls. Tanning decks and a cabana offer a spectacular view of the ocean.

Enjoy on-site tennis, dining and entertainment. Go pier or deep-sea fishing nearby. Play golf on any of the several excellent public courses close by. Plus a wealth of activities are available in the nearby communities of Surf City, Jacksonville, Swansboro, and Wilmington.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for in a long weekend getaway. The condo was clean and tidy and the view from the balcony was perfection!

The fit and finish was not very good. I had to fix the shower faucet to get it to work before showering. Also, the cleaning was not very good either. Shower was dirty. Doors were not cleaned. The unit and the property were not very clean.

Poor mattress on queen size bed. No place to hang wet bathing suits, towels, bathrobes etc. shower in bathroom difficult to turn on and to control. Coffeemaker needs to be replaced. No staples such as oil or seasonings.

The perfect place to spend a long weekend! Absolutely breathtaking pools and the unit is perfect for a couple. Very clean with a spectacular view from the living room or balcony. We will definitely go back.

Last minute holiday weekend trip.

Our first trip to Topsail / Surf City area. The condo was exactly as listed. It was the perfect one bedroom oceanfront property for us. My son and I slept very comfortably in the bedroom. His Auntie had no problems getting a good nights rest on the fold out sofa. The beach, restaurant, and pools made us feel like we were in the Caribbean. We will absolutely return soon!

Host was excellent to work with. The resort and condo were very clean. The view from condo were spectacular. The resort pools offer great vistas as well. Cant wait to come back!

Wonderful property. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again. One suggestion would be to have chairs that sit higher on the porch to have an unobstructed view of the beach instead of the low sitting Adirondack chairs that are there now.

Great Location!

The property itself had all of the basics covered, the balcony provided an oceanfront view and the large pool was amazing! The owner was excellent to work with and explained where to find everything which made for a seamless check in.
