Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is a 20-minute walk from the front door: start the morning on its trails, then come back to a 4-bedroom, 3-bath Marietta home with room for 8 and about 2,380 square feet to spread out.
Evenings center on the living room fireplace and the TV. The game room has an air hockey table, an arcade machine and a game console, and a separate workspace keeps a work call away from the rest of the house. Wi-Fi runs through the home.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cookware, so dinners at home are easy on a longer stay. A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, shampoo and the everyday essentials are provided.
Out back, the raised deck looks over the trees, made for a slow coffee in the morning or a quiet end to the day.
Truist Park and The Battery are a 26-minute drive for a Braves game, Mercedes-Benz Stadium is 42 minutes away and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport 50 minutes.
Self check-in with a smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule. Parking is in the 2-car garage and on the driveway.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.
For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked areas that are not part of the rental. The basement is off-limits to guests, and there are also locked storage/linen closets reserved for property supplies.
Security Cameras
For security purposes, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. There is also a security camera located inside a locked storage room in the basement. This camera is only within the locked, non-guest-accessible area and does not monitor any guest living spaces.
