Please read house rules before booking. This home has a strict NO PARTIES rule. We do have security cameras on the outside of our homes. It is one of our top priorities that we provide a safe and clean space for all of our guests, as well as a respectable and well maintained home for our neighbors. We need to be good neighbors, just as we need to be good hosts.

Important Notes:
No Parties Allowed: Strict policy to respect neighbors & maintain a peaceful environment.
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras in place for security purposes. Cameras are located at the front door, driveway, side yards, and backyard. The cameras monitor the exterior, exterior access points and driveway areas.
Reliable WiFi: Ideal for remote work and streaming.
Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Pet Policy: Pets must be approved before booking, leashed outside, and crated if left alone (pet fee applies).

The owner of the property uses the garage and the basement of the home to store furniture and other items. The garage and basement are NOT part of the rental listing and will not be available to guests as part of the house.
