La Vistana is an upscale, gated building with a large heated pool right on the beach, two hot tubs, two spacious gas grill decks with sinks, tables, umbrellas, and chairs. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably, more with an air mattress. The one-month minimum attracts longer-term and respectful guests and residents. Plenty of parking (uncommon in beach condos) with 1 assigned spot and plenty of guest parking. Dog lovers: the building allows up to two dogs under 25 lbs each, with a grassy fenced area out front for walks. (We're dog people ourselves!)

Inside, the open floor plan flows from the oversized kitchen — featuring bar seating for 4 and a huge island— through the dining area, which seats 6. The living room is large and comfortable with 2 recliners in the sofa. A small desk is in the hallway and separate laundry room.

Downstairs, a shared garage is stocked with beach chairs, wagon, canopy, umbrella, and even a kayak — everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Elevator and beach gates are secure and require codes, a safe area.

The master bedroom features a king bed, his-and-hers closets, big TV, and sliders to the main balcony. The en-suite bath is a true retreat: double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a corner jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, TV. The third bedroom has a queen, served by a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Everything is provided: extra fully stocked kitchen, nothing skimped, all linens, extra sheets, cable, WiFi, and printer.

Redington Shores sits between Indian Rocks Beach and Madeira Beach — much quieter than Clearwater Beach, and full of charm, local restaurants, and shops. La Vistana is walking distance to three restaurants, a seafood market, bike and paddleboard rentals, and a convenience store. John's Pass and Boardwalk, with more dining, shops, fishing charters, and jet ski rentals, is just 5 minutes south. Tampa Airport is 35 minutes away.

Rentals are typically by the calendar month (one-month minimum). Three-week stays may be possible if the surrounding dates are open — inquire to check availability.
