~We are Ozark Mountain Stays LLC, a local, professional vacation rental management company. Most of our team lives nearby and knows the area well.

~All properties are self check in with a key code (check in after 4 PM; check out by 11 AM).

~Taxes, cleaning and supply fees, and a processing fee (varies by platform) are required with each reservation.



CANCELLATION POLICY



~15% fee anytime

~50% fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival

~75% fee if canceled within 14 days of arrival
