Jay Bear’s Treetop Retreat accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a cozy loft room with an additional king-sized bed, and a plush Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Feel like dining in? Enjoy cooking up a meal in the kitchen, complete with modern amenities including a stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, air fryer, microwave, and fridge. If you can’t get enough of the outdoors, dine at the outdoor table with a built-in fire pit — perfect for a relaxing evening meal surrounded by the beauty of the treetops.

Jay Bear’s Retreat sits on 20 private acres and features three thoughtfully spaced units throughout the property. Each cabin is positioned approximately 400–500 feet apart to provide guests with a peaceful, secluded experience while still enjoying the beauty around.

::Our Mission at Jay Bear’s Retreat::

Currently, Jay Bear’s Retreat is home to The Jaxon House, Jay Bear’s Treetop Retreat, and one cozy cabin, Three Pines Cabin. While the treehouse cabins provide a unique getaway for all, we have a very special mission at Jay Bear’s Retreat: “Giving families of special needs children the opportunity to make memories while enjoying all nature has to offer.” Our son, nicknamed Jay Bear, was born 14 weeks premature and spent the first 5 months of his life in the NICU. Our family knows first hand how important it is to spend time together, but how difficult it can be with so many doctor and therapy appointments. Once a month we will offer a family with a special needs child a free getaway to make new memories that will last a lifetime. As we grow, we plan to expand and use a portion of the rental income to build a third treehouse that will be used 100% for these special families.
