The living room has access to a private balcony fitted with garden furniture, on which guests can enjoy warm summer evenings or a morning cup of coffee. The apartment has an elegant decor with original details, and is functionally arranged. The comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax by the TV, and at the table with chairs you can comfortably eat meals in pleasant company.
