The property was nice, clean and as pictured. The host was easy to communicate with, we had an issue with the tv in the living room but that was quickly solved. I would definitely rent again!

Very spacious area with that is close to a lot of the attractions that myrtle has. Good kitchen supplied with complementary coffee pods and beach towels. The only few issues encountered is a a few palmetto bugs appear in the bathroom and living room at night, but they died pretty instantly. The two shower head in master bed room was strange as there was no indication that one head was hot water and one was cold only. Also no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to buy some. And the outlets in the master bed room bathroom was not working. Otherwise a great trip and an even better memory

We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been happy to address them right away. The missing hand soap was an oversight by our cleaning team, and we’ve followed up with them to help ensure it doesn’t happen again. We also inspect the property regularly for pests, but in our coastal environment it’s not uncommon for the occasional palmetto bug to make its way indoors despite routine pest treatments. We’ll continue to stay on top of preventative maintenance. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback.
