The space
Enjoy full, private use of this clean and comfortable casita. The casita is attached to a main home with full time occupants. The two homes share a roof but are separated by a breezeway so there are no shared walls.
The front patio offers stunning Red Rock views and leads into a bright, open living area with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

The living room features an L-shaped couch, a smart TV for your streaming accounts, and a separate pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen includes an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a drip coffee maker—everything you need to prepare simple meals.

The bathroom is conveniently located off the living area and features a walk-in shower, along with fresh linens, shampoo, and conditioner for your stay

The bedroom offers a king-size bed and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.

Step into the private, fenced backyard complete with lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing at night.

Guest access
The casita has a designated parking space on the left side of the shared fan-shaped driveway, just behind the freestanding section of the decorative metal fence. To access your private entrance, walk around the fence and follow the path to the front patio.

Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, certain times of the year may bring additional debris from weather, native plants, or pollen. For your convenience, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies should you wish to tidy up the outdoor space during your stay.

Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 4 guests at any time. Parties and smoking (indoors or on the property) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the booking guest and forfeiture of the remaining stay without refund.

If you’re interested in early check-in, please note that we often have same-day check-outs and require time for our cleaning and maintenance teams to properly prepare the home. If early check-in becomes available, we will notify you.

For bookings longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required and will be billed separately in addition to the standard cleaning fee.

We’re happy to consider reservation alteration requests, but we ask that they be submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host’s discretion.

Security Camera Disclosure:
For the safety and security of our guests and property, one exterior security camera is located in the front yard, facing the driveway. It does not have a view of any interior spaces.
