This place was beyond beautiful and clean. The host is a delightful person. The views are incredible. I have only been gone for 5 hrs. and miss it already. I will definitely return.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay in Sedona! The views from the patio with our coffee and sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars!!! Wonderful location and quiet and peaceful location! We will be back in the future! Thanks Polly for a wonderful week!

My husband and I were here at the Casita, the middle part of September 2026. The Casita was very clean and in a great location for everything we needed in Sedona. We had such a nice private balcony that we could sit and have coffee in the morning and then the evening we enjoyed the hot tub that overlooked the mountains. The view was spectacular communication with Polly was superb. We didn’t need a thing while we were there and hopefully someday we will be returning back to the Casita.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Polly’s Casita! The casita was just as much an enjoyable part of our trip as Sedona itself. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the incredible scenery after a day of exploring. The view from the huge bedroom window was absolutely amazing, and one of our favorite memories was being able to lie in bed and watch shooting stars at night. It doesn’t get much better than that! The hot tub was lovely, especially with those beautiful red rock views, and the Red Rocks Pass came in handy throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, and it truly felt like a home away from home for the entire week. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place special for guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend Polly’s Casita to anyone visiting Sedona. We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to town and trails. Everything you need. The view is great and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Would stay there again, didn't want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Casita was just as described, very clean and well stocked with extra towels, paper products, books/magazines that provided suggestions on things to do in the area and DVDs. The hot tub was so relaxing after our days of hiking and the location of the Casita was a short drive from stores and main roads. The owner (Polly) lives nearby and she checked in to let us know to call if there was anything we needed. The views from the patio and bedroom are beautiful and private. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, private, beautiful stay in Sedona.

Amazing view of the Red Rock formations from the balcony and bedroom window!Quiet neighborhood. Polly, the owners was attentive, but not intrusive. West Sedona is the place to stay as it's much less crowded than the downtown area. Would highly recommend! Also easy walk to Sugarloaf hiking trail.

Everything about this cozy condo was perfection! Waking up to the view of the mountains each morning was a dream. We dined under star spangled skies on our patio at night and toured so many wonderful venues during the day. Our host was communicative and friendly. We certainly hope to return soon!

This was our second stay at the Casita and once again it was fabulous. Polly is the most gracious host and the location on the west side of town is perfect for hiking and convenient to grocery and other needs. The view, the hot tub and everything else was great. And we even got to meet some javalinas!

A magical place. Breathtaking views from the bedroom and patio, and the casita is beautifully furnished. Small but well-stocked kitchen: we ate out a few times but also cooked some simple meals at home. Ideal for a couple or solo traveler, especially those who appreciate a quiet, meditative time — to relax, read, enjoy a lovely soak in the hot tub as the sun sets. All the hikes Sedona is known for are minutes away. Polly is a gracious and thoughtful host and my wife and I really enjoyed getting to know her.
