Great Location 4 minutes from Patoka Lake Entrance with Hot Tub!
Check Out this Neat & Cozy Cabin with a Private Hot Tub near the entrance of Patoka Lake. This cabin has 1 bedroom downstairs with a full bed and a loft bedroom upstairs with a Queen sized bed. The kitchen is supplied with basic cookware, coffee maker, and Keurig. The new TV has streaming availability (no cable) but has access to all of the services that you use. The wifi is pretty strong here as we have a booster in the cabin. Cell service is limited in different parts of the cabin, but there is service at the property.

On the covered front porch we have a gas griddle perfect for cooking after a day at the lake. The private hot tub is located on the back deck of the cabin which also has a table, chairs and a firepit to enjoy.

The cabin has a spacious sunroom which is a perfect spot to read a book or play games.

The cabin sleeps 4 in the beds, and could sleep 5 if a child slept on the love seat. (Please note it is not a full sized sofa)

Location is everything with this cabin! Located only a couple of minutes from the Patoka Lake Entrance, Patoka Lake Winery, and 20 minutes south of French Lick you will find plenty to do around the area.

Access to the cabin is via a manual lock box and we will send you the code and all check in instructions before check in via email. If you don't see the email please check your spam folder.

Please note: No pets allowed at this cabin due to allergies. Also note this is not a motel or hotel, it is a home and we have put a lot of work into preparing the cabin to be just right for our guests. Please take care of the property while here and treat it as you would your own. Basic towels, linens, toiletries, etc are provided at the cabin.

Due to the remote lake location cell service is spotty around the cabin. No refunds will be given due to wifi or cell phone availability.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or Illegal Drugs at the cabin and are cause for immediate cancellation.
Parties are STRICTLY prohibited and are cause for immediate cancellation.

Fantastic property and great location. The cabin itself is beautiful. The only issue we had was check-in. We didn’t get instructions to check in—only to check out—so I messaged the host. When we arrived, we still didn’t have instructions, so we called. They didn’t answer and, unfortunately, the host’s voicemail box is full, so we couldn’t leave a message. They did call back shortly after that, though, and said that the code to get in was written on the door handle. It was not (it had rubbed off). They gave us the code, and after that we had no other issues.We definitely recommend the cabin, just make sure you get in touch with the host early so that you can get in easily.

Hello: This is Grandpa (aka Steve). I am a retired professor and business man who always wanted to buy a cabin for my kids (3) and grandkids (9) that they can enjoy later in their lives. I have been blessed by a tremendous family that loves sports and all kinds of activities. Recently we have added two more wonderful members as two of the grandkids have gotten married. Our clan is now at 16 with more to follow I'm sure.
This cabin is personal for my wife and me so we will be visiting often. This means that I will take a personal interest in the upkeep of the cabin and will take great care to have it remain in good shape. My hope is that you can enjoy this cabin likes it's your own because I want it that way for my family.

When I visited this cabin I liked it immediately. It's very cozy and quiet with a great setting in amongst the trees It's just at the base of a hill and on a dead end road that is very private. It is aso very close to all sorts of wonderful things to do. French Lick is 20 minutes away, Lake Patoka is 6 minutes away and the Patoka Lake Winery, Distillary, and Brewery is 5 minutes away.
