Perfectly located minutes away from Patoka Lake main entrance, easy to access the lake's pristine waters for boating, swimming, or fishing plus hiking trails. Also, close proximity of local wineries & restaurants.

*Community quiet hours 10pm-8am. *Please keep noise within reason. *If fire pit is used, it must be sprayed with water. *Do not burn trash *No RV/camper parking allowed. *Park in gravel areas only. *If parking more than two vehicles please notify the host prior to check in. *For the consideration of others and safety, once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour. *Limit of 2 pets per visit, with a $100 fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in, fee will increase to $150. *All dogs must be on a leash when outside. * Strictly no events or parties are allowed. *Please do not place grills on porch or deck. * Lost or not returning Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement. *Please Note: Staying after 11 am EST without prior approval is subject to a fee of $100 her hour after 11am EST and will be charged the full day fee for anything late check out after 1pm. This will NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through the Airbnb app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension. Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check outs and will be charged for repayment of those costs. *No projectile fireworks.
