Charmante maison en pierre à Rasopasno, île de Krk pour 4 à 5 personnes. La maison dispose de deux chambres doubles, d'un salon, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bain avec douche. Elle dispose d'un jardin privé avec piscine (eau salée - électrolyse) et mobilier d'extérieur, ainsi que de deux terrasses couvertes et de toilettes extérieures. WiFi, climatisation, place de parking fournie et incluse dans le prix de location. La maison est située dans un endroit privé et paisible, idéal pour les familles avec enfants !

Super place to rest in Krk island, private pool is a must have with all these heat waves. The house is ideally located next to everything, beaches, supermarkets and all. Highly recommended !

The stonehouse Eden is a perfect location for peaceful and relaxing holidays. The pool is awesome, Rasopasno a perfect spot to explore the island, it couldn't be better

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Very comfortable house situated in quiet surroundings. House had everything we needed for an excellent vacation, and the pool was wonderful. The area was quiet but with restaurants, grocery shopping and beaches within relatively short distances. Adding to that the great hospitality and responsiveness of the pleasant hosts, we can only highly recommend staying at Eden.

Authentic and very quiet!

We stayed one week in the Eden house, and it was a great stay. The ancient house is totally renovated, but it has kept its authentic spirit. Its two large shaded terraces allow staying outdoor at any time of the day, and the swimming pool is a real pleasure. It is located in a street without traffic, in the small village of Rasopasno. The house was clean and very well furnished. Some beds are narrow (160, 140 and 140) and one of them is in the hallway, but we knew it in advance: there were no bad surprises. (We are a family of 5 (with teenagers / young adults) and it was manageable.). The contacts with the owner were perfect: he was always reactive when we had questions. The price is quite high, but that's the price of authenticity and quietness. We recommend!

Major-league holiday!

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Gruppe hier und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Lage ist ideal, um die ganze Insel bequem mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Außerdem gibt es in der Ortschaft ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen – ein traumhaftes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage...

Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen! Die Unterkunft selbst ist traumhaft – ein wunderschönes Haus, bestens ausgestattet, von der Küche bis hin zu vielen kleinen Dingen, die einfach schon vor Ort sind. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: ein kleiner, ruhiger und beschaulicher Ort, von dem aus man mit dem Auto alles auf der Insel in 30–35 Minuten erreicht. Auch den Nachbarort Malinska können wir für einen Besuch empfehlen. Rundum einfach ein toller Aufenthalt – wir kommen sicher wieder und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Extraordinary journey!

In Tomislavs charmantem, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus ist an alles gedacht. Von der Aircondition bis zum Außengrill, vom Löffelchen bis zum Olivenöl und Begrüßungsbier. Das Wasser im Pool ist wunderbar weich, der Blick von den Terassen herrlich. Wir haben die Zeit in dem Kleinod sehr genossen.

Perfekter Ort für unseren Urlaub

Der Name des Hauses (Holiday House Eden) ist Programm - wirklich ein Paradies! Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Darko hat uns super empfangen und war bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Tomislav ist ein toller und sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Er war in der Regel stets gut zu erreichen und reagierte immer humorvoll und gut gelaunt auf Fragen und Wünsche, wie z.B einen früheren Check-In. Die kurze Einweisung ins Haus übernahm seine Partnerin, da er aktuell im Ausland war - das funktionierte aber ebenfalls sehr gut. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet - sehr wohnlich eben. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber - speziell die Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Wer gerne kocht freut sich über das Hochbeet im Garten, sowie die unzähligen Rosmarienbüsche, oder den tollen Grill. Wir können die Location uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Special place!

Der Urlaub im Ferienhaus Eden war großartig. Direkt bei Ankunft wurden von den Gastgebern herzlich begrüßt und herumgeführt. Das Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: Einen tollen Blick, mehrere Bereiche in denen man gemütlich sitzen kann, einen großen Pool, viel Privatsphäre und einen liebevoll eingerichteten Innenbereich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die exzellent ausgestattete Küche mit Gewürzen, allerhand Geräten und Utensilien, sowie die Grillplatte im Außenbereich. Wir konnten mit den Kräutern aus dem Garten kochen. Vom Haus aus sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände mit dem Auto in unter 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Den kleinen Markt im Dorf hat man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Wir hatten sogar ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Man kann das Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Stanić und seine Familie!

Traumhaft schön...

Wir durften in der Finca ein paar traumhafte Tage verbringen. Sie ist einladend eingerichtet, und im Garten ist ein Kräuterbeet angelegt an dem wir uns bedienen konnten. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse saß,konnte man über den beleuchteten Pool, die flackernden Lichter von Rijeka am Horizont sehen. Es ist ein Hammer Ausblick. Dank der ruhigen Lage der Finca konnten wir uns vom Alltag voll entspannen, zudem ein super Ausgangspunkt zu jedem Teil der Insel KRK. Die Vermieter sind super Nett und zuvorkommend, die uns mit heimischen Snacks und Wein begrüßten, und uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgten. Für und war es der Traumurlaub. Absolut zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr wie fünf Sterne geben. Grüße, Familie P.

Extraordinary journey!

Was soll ich sagen… es war Liebe auf den ersten Haus-Blick :-) ! Begeisterung pur. Wir durften eine Woche im Stone-House Eden verbringen und fühlten uns jede Sekunde wohl. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann immer wieder neue Details entdecken! Es ist traumhaft ruhig in einem kleinen Ort gelegen, der von der Lage her, die perfekte Ausgangssituation zur Erkundung der Insel bietet. Wer nicht möchte, daß einem der Nachbar auf den Teller schaut, ist im „Eden“ goldrichtig. Super liebe, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns mit selbstgemachten Grappa freundlich begrüssten. Top Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus und eine Küche deren Ausstattung keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt. Das Einzige was ich allerdings sehr bedaure ist, daß wir nicht länger bleiben konnten :-) ! Wir werden aber zu 100% wiederkommen !!!!!!!!!!!!!
