Vacation apartment Breva is the southern part of a charming Lombard country house with three vacation apartments directly on the lake, individually modernized with private charm and ambience. Several outdoor areas as a true vacation paradise: The covered furnished terrace at the entrance to the vacation apartment, the richly planted garden with play and sunbathing area with brick dining table, barbecue and sun loungers and the large terrace at the front by the water directly on the lake. The large lakeside terrace with dining table and sun loungers is the highlight. The name Breva is known for the popular south wind on Lake Como - your vacation address is also an oasis for a variety of
water sports - sailing, surfing, kiting, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Tivano vacation apartment, above it the Vento-Blu vacation apartment. On the mountain side is the lakeside road. In the neighborhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the lakeside path and the shallow pebble beach.

Vacation apartment directly on the lake, furnished with Lombard furniture in an old/new mix, bright and friendly, and with tiled floors.

The covered terrace leads into the entrance hallway with double bedroom facing the lake and the bathroom with shower.
A stone staircase leads to the eat-in kitchen with panoramic living area.

A steep wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with two single beds and limited headroom.

Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the communal property with family/friends from time to time.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
